Case in point (pun): Ed Case runs as a Democrat every term, then votes as a Republican. Then every Republican in Hawaii votes for him in the primary, along with a few clueless Democrats, and he goes back to DC to vote Republican again. It almost makes me support term limits. It definitely makes me support closed primaries. You shouldn't be allowed to vote in another party's primary.
