that's one problem, but cost is a huge issue. We have the Obamacare program but it's crazy expensive. People with very low incomes or no incomes don't qualify. People with low/median incomes quality for a subsidy that makes it cheap or free. People with higher incomes but who aren't rich have to pay full price. This is how much per month I'd have to pay for a crappy plan that pays for literally nothing until I paid an additional $9100 for stuff.
