Presumably they have to reason to believe Hezbollah is using those locations. I don't know how accurate their intel is of course, but neither do most people who comment on this sort of stuff.
Perhaps a more important question is why on Earth the UN is still there. They never stopped Hezbollah. They can't stop Israel either. Seems they're just in the way? But maybe I'm too cynical.
