Still, I’m old enough to remember the pre-MTV era when album covers and liner notes were the only (precious) visuals that came with the music.
And then the era with videos with fancy plotlines which had strictly nothing to do with the theme of the song. And of sophisticated videos which conveniently distracted you from the indigent music…
