Of course we had to take the brewery tour the next day. I usually visit small crafty breweries and seeing an industrial plant of that magnitude was certainly a different experience. What blew my mind is how the entire brewery is built around this beer. The guide told us that this ginormous brewhouse can only make Plzeňský Prazdroj because the triple decoction mashing schedule is hardcoded into the control systems of the kettles 🤯
