In my personal opinion, I view suffering as a sort of data corruption as a byproduct of 1 becoming 0, or the state of zero.

Without suffering, joy, happiness, peace, and more becomes a new type of proto-suffering in sort of numbness because if you only feel joy, or warmth, etc. then you become immune, or complacent to it.

Suffering is needed as a mechanism to ensure that people see 1 as the desired state of being.
