I think that's a brave move to try to change a company's culture unless that's what you've been hired to do. That sort of thing has to come from the top down and there must be political will to change, especially if you're going against the trend . Most of the people I work with seem utterly sick of DIE and wokeness but just go along with it because it's a part of work and for the most part it's a mild annoyance rather than a real problem.

Here in Australia, you know that if you go into a meeting with the bigwigs there will be a formal acknowledgement of country where we pretend that the Aboriginal people have some sort of mystical timeless connection to land and the other bugbears of the day like getting more women into technical jobs. At day to day practical meetings all anyone cares about is meeting requirements and deadlines so that we keep getting paid. Politics is barely a blip. I don't even really care what the systems I design and build are used for, I care that they work and the client is happy. I won't do anything obviously questionable, I've turned down good money to build gambling systems, but most of the stuff I do is CRM related.
