Musk is busy doing other stuff, he is not actually *running* this bike company, he merely owns it. Similarly I merely own some shares of various companies in my IRA or whatever, I don't participate in any of them.
As owner Musk now is in a position to extract profit. But how? Bichler and Nizen argue that capitalist owners of corporations extract profit by a protection racket.
