It is the lack of evidence that is my point. We can all point to examples where it may appear to work or not work, but it is not always easy in a highly complex organisation to justify subjective views. A SoS should have done this 15 to 20 years ago.
I think our subjective views are very similar, but that is only part of my critique.
Politically politicians love to interfere in the NHS, but usually make matters worse.
