Certain areas need some social housing to keep young people in a rural or coastal which is awash by air bnb and holiday homes... Pricing kids out of the market.

My son has just bought his first home for him and his family in an Area close to Anfield.. LFC... The area has a high percentage of Airbnb in what should be family homes.

The only benefit is they are well maintained at the expense of community and increase property values
