I also use Debian on a server as a QEMU hypervisor where I run VMs for some stuff, but my main uses Void and Gentoo and I surely wouldn't trade either for anything else. That being said, I'm pretty sure Void is great for server shenanigans, some Raspberry I have runs on that and it's arguably the best thing you can install on a RPI.

There's many things annoying about Arch (less with Artix since you deal with openrc there) but surprisingly it doesn't break that often in my experience, that being said I did face regressions I haven't seen anywhere else.
