It is repackaged RHEL for the most part, so some software choice is weird (like NetworkManager on a fucking server). You can check pkgs.org or repology.org if what you want is packaged in main repos or EPEL. But if not, it is kinda annoying. Especially if you need new-ish versions of things like go/rust/node. If you like Debian for packaging old versions, RHEL does that even more.
