I hope battery tech keeps moving on but it looks like it is.

I also hate the idea of all of this insane infrastructure we build up, the drilling, refining and transport and all that. for what. just to burn something. to destroy it.

the mass of fuel that a car destroys over its lifetime is insane to me.

it feels like we should have moved on already as a species. almost everything else is electric already too.
