Nobody can predict the future with any certainty. I am just expressing my view on the fundamentals and what I think might be likely in the short term price movements.
Personally, I don't think that Bitcoin will track gold. Over time, in the long run, Bitcoin will outperform gold as it has better properties as a medium of exchange. It is hard to get gold to transmit through any kind of electrical communication channel. Bitcoin is the first scarce asset that can do that.
