Current actions of sending National Guard into states are violations of Posse Comitatus, as much as I understand it. Not sure what legal actions could be taken on that issue, until we have sufficient control of Congress to make impeachment stick. Sending National Guard against National Guard verges on civil war.
In 2020, the people making arrests never identified themselves or showed authority, so they could have been arrested on numerous charges.
