This is something new users bring up all the time. Nostr isn't a privacy focused protocol, it's a censorship resistance focused protocol. Similar ideas have been discussed many times over the last 2+ years with each wave of new users and have not been implemented, developers have other things they consider more important. It may happen in the future, but this isn't in the vein of what most current users and developers of Nostr want I believe, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
