It's fine for you to remove stuff. It's your database. It means that it's not a complete database any more, and that's a shame, but if you want to remove stuff, that's fine. It is censorship, to be clear, just as removing one-and-done Anchor shows was censorship - but I understand why you're doing it.

I assumed that you'd be keeping the RSS feed details in the database, because presumably every time they podping new episodes, those feeds will be added back again, only to have to be removed again. So, I was hoping that a simple flag of "SPAM" or "AI" or whatever, which would automatically mean no episode details are added to any databases, would be enough. Podnews's directory marks shows as "dead" or "invisible" which removes them from search, so they can't be found any more; but that doesn't destroy the underlying data.

As it is now, we no longer have a complete directory of all podcasts. That's a shame; and makes the Index less useful.
