This is only an online version of what goes on much more seriously in non-online spaces all the time. Every scene has at least one resident abuser. That's because scenes are the kind of habitat that abusers want.

This abuser will of course learn whatever form of defensive / offensive words that the scene uses. It's not difficult.

If a scene can't reject its abuser(s), the scene will not necessarily die, but it'll become horrible.
