Not yet. Alby Hub uses the standard Alby APIs and NWC for interfacing with it. Helipad currently only supports LND, though I want to add support for others.
I think Hub uses LDK by default, but I think you can choose different backends: https://blog.getalby.com/the-6-different-lightning-backends-for-alby-hub/
It might work if you set it up with an LND backend and point Helipad at it.
