the US, but in an area that actually has a lot of trains/light rail/busses. Don't get me wrong, they're great if you're going within the city between downtown and...well other parts of downtown to the airport/etc, The trains that go to the outskirts/town to town only run once/twice a day and are so spaced out you're basically guaranteed to need a car there to pick you up (they're really mostly for commuters, not really useful for visiting if you don't live there)
