Effect of a short walk when its humid and my LongCovid overall health not so good. Heartrate spike when standing still chatting with a neighbor. In 5 minutes HR spikes to 115 (I shiuld stay beneath 95bpm). My hands turn purple and start feeling weak. Glad to be home again.

But my lovely dog was so terribly happy I went walkies. It's worth feeling lousy for.
