Every month I take a look at the long term trends of my chronic illness. I use the free version of Visible health app for daily tracking symptoms and measuring sleep, heart rate and heart rate variability.

It comes with a report (exportable as pdf to take to physicians etc) which gives an overview of 1 year. In december 24 I started my medicine tests with the academic LongCovid clinic. Reality check.
