i am posting this as my observations of beeing a want-to-be commisioner
Almost any time i serach the internet for artists who make physical artwork, espically fursuit and kink related things like mask making etc. i get quite many links of etsy "market" pages with matching keywords
Other Places where independ artists might be around (you mentioned Kofi) are absent, not existing on the visible internet, not indexed by any search engine
