Oh that's an interesting approach. It's a _very_ paired down version that uses its own conceits but borrows from AP's base design. Then they've answered a variety of questions canonically for themselves that AP punted on.

Not mutually intelligible with AP (AP would have no idea what to do with https://versia.pub/entities/follow-accept for example), but not difficult to bridge either (which seems to be their approach).
