opinion of a single random ABC (who doesn't have formal education in chinese, and whose preferred chinese language is cantonese):

i'm not good enough at *reading* to have the stamina to do an actual audit, but the few parts i have managed to get through are in a sufficiently "formal, educated" register of the language that "i just don't like it"

i guess my question is: what is the purpose of a chinese _translation_ (not a localization) of a document that is already in a very american/english/western framing? (i don't much like even the english version for that reason)

it's fine if you declare that this document just isn't for someone like me
