This needs a reevaluation. Public health’s assumptions were too few and inappropriate masks worn wrong, with the implicit idea that you will get covid but hopefully transmit to fewer people, keeping the hospitals from overflowing. That is no longer the situation. The appropriate mask for your exposure can perfectly block covid.
