Failures happen on all brands and there are some things in the video which don't add up, for instance choosing to ignore degrading A/C in a new car for a "long" period of time.
(* Depending on if he's placed a 12min YouTube today on what technology is going to revolutionise battery tech today or if it's going to fail).
