LA, like states I am more familiar with, has a criminal code for trespass.
In my TX experience, trespass was a civil matter until a trespass warning was given and disobeyed. Then the person was subject to arrest.
The ADA does not need publicity for their conference. It's not public outreach. It's professional talks. Literally hundreds of speakers, multiple panels at any given time, for four days.
