If it were up to me they'd never be used on my wheels except maybe for removal (which is really only necessary if you need help undoing the over torque from the last asshole or because you're going so fast you probably aren't doing shit correctly anyway). Once we get a house and a proper shop I'll probably just start doing this myself too. The problem is that I have a one car apartment garage 😂
Maybe I expect too much, but money talks and I'm doing as much as I can myself. Unfortunately, these places don't have "anti-fiat menus" where I can pay whatever is required to actually have my shit done correctly. I've simply tired of having to go behind people I pay to redo things. Even simple shit like a coolant flush and refill was fucked up recently. Someone added improper window wiper fluid and it froze the tank and lines, which I had to deal with so my wife could see the road. Shit like that just has me angry at the world for this stuff. And paranoid.
