Vermont is interesting (locally for me) in that we
seem very "blue" but we have a Rep. governor
that the neolibs seem to like generally.
Also rank and file liberals (in Vermont) like the
governor.
Lots of centrists here that don't know they
are centrists.
Vermont democrat politics (Bernie's origin story
is involved) is probably where I came to me
still strong belief that people are mistaken
when they assume that high level Dems/DNC
want to win. Like winning is pretty low
on their hierarchy of objectives.
(Yes it's on there, but so below some other
things that in effect it shouldn't even be
considered on there.)
