It’s very interesting because we have become so accustomed to commercial chocolate which is full of sugar and what not that raw chocolate (Cacao), will be experienced as very bitter, and each has their acquired taste and preferred natural sweetener. It’s a bit of a journey!
I would also advise to try the El Clásico which comes from our dear neighbours and friends in La Sierra Nevada, a naturally much sweeter cacao than La Reserva.
