To be clear I want Framework to succeed, but the support situation is not great as it stands. They have repeatedly pledged to improve but to date they really haven't substantially. I've received multiple firmware updates on my 2019 Dell XPS13 every year including this year for every security/compatibility issue Intel and other vendors have issued advisories for.
FW needs to match this.
