It does a scan of all the default relay set on first launch. In testing there is no difference as of yet. After the first scan, it will get new tracks in real-time when open, and do delta updates at every launch.
The difference with this scan is it does default + all found outbox relay. Can be very heavy, so I want it hidden in advanced and only user initiated 😂

That is why data governance is not a side issue.
It is not just privacy.
It is not just compliance.
It is not just policy language buried in an enterprise document.
Data is now the material of control.
When data is gathered without ethics, it becomes surveillance.
When data is used without accountability, it becomes coercion.
When decisions are made from data without transparency, harm becomes automated.
The programmer stands at the fracture point.
Every schema, every API, every model, every permission boundary, every audit log either protects the human being or sharpens the nail.
Scientific ethics must meet engineering discipline.
Because in the new empire, abuse of data is abuse of power.
And every system that cannot verify its own behaviour will eventually crucify someone with its output.

What is happening inside this unusual nebula? Planetary nebula Tc 1 , captured here in exquisite detail by the James Webb Space Telescope , is the celestial site where buckyballs were first identified in 2010. Buckminsterfullerene — as buckyballs are officially called — is a molecule with 60 carbon atoms (C 60 ) arranged in the shape of a soccer ball . The molecule is named for architect Buckminster Fuller because of its resemblance to the geodesic dome he helped popularize. Webb’s new data reveal where the C 60 molecules live in this nebula, and the geometry is striking: they populate a thin spherical shell around the central star, visible here as the bright edge of the nebula’s glowing orange central region. Look closely near the nebula’s heart and a more perplexing feature emerges: a delicate structure shaped uncannily like an upside-down question mark , fitting punctuation for the many questions this nebula still poses.
