keep it simple: think about adding more good stuff, not subtracting ‘bad’ stuff
good stuff = things with a mom (mother earth or animals)
think(and eat) protein first! meats, dairy/cheese, eggs, avocados, pecans/hazelnuts/pistachio/macademia. building meals around the protein is really key.
and suuuuper important and much less talked about,
only eat within sunlight hours. ideally within an 8 hr period, starting with when you wake up.
if you think you have an over eating problem, look into “mindful eating techniques”! (no screens, use all 5 senses, give gratitude, chew until completely mush) this can so often be overlooked as well.
<these are more or less considered extremely basic paleo and circadian tips>

GM, Swapping over secure elements (SE051 on the left) vs (ATECC 608B on the right) . SE051 has native PIN verification and AES encryption. 608B has neither and the firmware fakes both, having todo do round trips. The difference is huge.

There's a chance their babies may have hatched, but I can't say 100% for sure yet — Bob seems to be more actively hunting during the day, but Helen isn't yet. Lately, I've been trying to practice taking habitat shots rather than my usual close crops. It's still a work in progress, but I was happy with how this one turned out. I think once I got my 600mm all I wanted was to use that zoom to its fullest possible extent, so there is some unlearning to do.
