Probably batch banning IPs for non compliant providers - I did read that Mullvad are already able to get around that, so no issue. A VPS with my own vpn software installed would do the trick, just as easily.

Everything that state has done in the last 10 years (and before, if we're honest) had been about ruining us.

Things aren't better, but that's because we're being punished for telling the EU to fuck off, then putting pressure on successive prime ministers to do the job they were elected to do. As we can see from Starmers recent moves to tie us back to the EU, not one bit of voting or writing to MPs has made a single bit of difference. Nothing. We're fucked. There's still some optimistic people, but honestly...wasted effort, imo.

That's a smart plan - I've had to give up the shared allotment I was on, I've not been able to get down there since I put my back out. I'll still be helping my mate on his, but I just don't have the time atm. He wan't to install something to provide irrigation when he's not around. I was suggesting plastic bottles filled with water and string in the top, leading to the ground. In theory, the water should travel from the bottle to the plants.
All the while the competitors are chasing chips, he's going to be creating his own, removing a huge supply bottleneck. Just on that basis alone he's likely to win this race.

On my site I got as far as loading the messages on page load but not decrypting till you opened a message - it made sense on a web interface because it was unnecessary extra processing, when websites are running on very limited websocket connections. The next step would be only decrypting the specific message which is opened.
