Their cost basis is lower than anyone else in the world. They're giving up profit, but they're not selling at a loss. They always win a price war.
US shale companies have a rough brakeven of $60-65/bbl. They'll leave existing wells pumping if the price drops below that because it's not guaranteed they'll be able to restart them if they shut them off, but they'll stop drilling any new wells.

I already did before this storm, an authentic Boltshield FSPD 140kA. It is still there and the LEDs say all good. Not sure why these failed anyway. Power flickered a lot, maybe they just didn't like being repeatedly quickly powered cycled.
