Been here a while but realized I've never done an #introduction.
I was born and raised in Norway🇳🇴 from Latino parents, disliked school but loved to be with friends. Found the self-mastery genre at 18 and developed a life philosophy based on critical thinking and "being my best self", which was part of what lead me to #bitcoin.
For the past 5 years I've yearned for freeing up my time so I can explore what I truly love to do. I saved my ass off, cut my burn rate and am now exploring my passions😊🙆

I'm intentionally reading and studying books on the US economy. I heard someone one on a podcast (wish I remember) say that to fully understand Bitcoin, one must understand why and how the current fiat system is broken.

fundamentally humans might be the same throughout the world. the conditioning we are exposed to and subjected to is not. as a Latino who grew up in Norway, the difference in the culture in a big city in Norway and a big city in Spain is palpable.
fighting the system from within is a choice one makes when one concludes that that's the best way to create a prosperous future. moving out to create a life that is independent from the system is simply a different choice, rooted in the same intention.

When I took some time to ponder what the ultra-rich will do when money no longer is a source of contentment, my mind went to dark places.
They've likely acquired all that money through at least some unethical means, and they are not immune to feeling shame.
"No we have to control them and fuck them up so they never find out what I've done", seems to be how they rationalize things like bioengineering.
