We're still considering it, but we're taking a few weeks to let the emotional side fade a bit before digging into the details. As soon as we got back home we were reminded how much we like living here, too. The upcoming election is a big factor, and running off to Spain has also been a possibility for a few years!

The Democrats will probably never *excite* me again (fool me once...), but it's been very refreshing to see them not shooting themselves in the foot in recent weeks.
I was leaning towards Beshear, but I'm satisfied with Walz. A balanced, modestly progressive ticket with minimal chance of any real skeletons hiding in closets is a good way to keep the weird guys on the ropes.
