I just finally finished these 2 counted cross-stitch projects. I stitched them between 2017 & 2019, but the fabric was folded up with raw edges until this morning.
I used a book called Elizabethan Counted Cross-stitch.

An appeals court has ruled that Idaho can enforce most of its anti-abortion travel ban, making it the 1st state in the nation to do so.
It continues to baffle me that this is not front page news every single day. If legislators were trying to trap men in states where they couldn’t get healthcare, we would never hear the end of it.

Progress 2028 put $150,000 behind these ads in less than a week, but so far Facebook isn’t doing anything to stop them.

Since we can’t count on the owners of these big social media platforms to crack down on disinformation, we have to fight back by pushing out our own proven-effective videos and posts on as many platforms as possible to counter the pro-Trump lies.

We’ve just learned that a right-wing group with ties to Elon Musk is running a wave of fake ads from a phony pro–Kamala Harris Facebook page called “Progress 2028.”
The ads, which appear to be targeted at conservative voters, claim Harris will ban fracking, institute mass gun confiscation, & provide housing for undocumented immigrants to scare people into voting for T***p.
