Y’all have more faith in the electorate than I do. The fact that Agent Orange’s candidacy was even viable in 2020 or 2024 tells me we have many millions of voters sitting on the continuum between having no scruples or having no idea what is going on.

It has come to my attention that the true cause of what we have come to call #ADHD is not in our minds or bodies.
The true cause is gnomes.
Gnomes move our stuff, make distracting noises, and surreptitiously edit our text messages. They create video games and dangle them before us, mute important voices so we hyper-focus. They mimic our voices and speak with others, conversations which we think we have merely forgotten.
These little bastards must be stopped.

I'm especially proud of my niece on #NoKings Day. Starting at 9, she had a day full of dance classes and show rehearsals. Even with all that on her plate, she and her friends managed to cave out a little time to join the nearest #protest.
I wouldn't have been able to do that in her shoes (or even get into pointe shoes in the first place).

Have you seen the TV series? That’s excellent to and rewards having read the books. Be warned: Many people, including me, bounce off the TV series their first couple times. Stick with it. The payoff is big.

For me, that's the real rub with Telegram. I don't need every app to have Fort Knox level security or privacy, but I expect them to be honest about their choices.
Telegram has a long track record of deceptive marketing. I haven't seen any out-and-out lies but they're consistently trying to make their platform seem like something it is not.

Sorry you are going through that. FWIW, good advice I got for panic attacks was to remember two things: As much as this sucks, it won’t kill me. The panic is temporary, it will pass.
At least for me, it’s also helpful to check in to ask whether I am hungry or cold since those make it worse.
