My city, Kansas City, has a lot of protected bike lanes, but I still have to be careful that someone isn't pulling out of a fast food drive through and paying more attention to their burger or soft drink.

I think that, as AI slop infiltrates the film industry to a greater degree, we're going to see more stale films as studios race to the middle.

I've enjoyed the TV shows way more, personally, but some of the films have hit for me, like the first Wonder Woman and the Snyder Justice League Cut.
I only wish more people could just chill the fuck out and internalize that something not being enjoyable to one personally doesn't make it bad.

All of them are motherfuckers, and that includes the beloved pop star, the superstar athlete, the philanthropist, and the guru who cosplays as middle class.
You don't earn a billion dollars. You steal it via ethically-repugnant but legal means, and they should not exist in the first place. That's especially true with all the social problems in the countries where they do exist.

Sorry you have to do that. :(
I did a big declutter myself a few years ago just because I had some toys and games that I hadn't touched in 5-10 years taking up shelf space that I could just as easily fill with inexpensive books that I love.
And I like to think that the people who buy my old things will get more enjoyment out of them.

You're right.
We artists learn by (key word) "emulating" other artists, but our version and style are always distinctive, because every artist's style is unique.
We emulate other artists simply to learn, because you don't know what you don't know. It's never a one-to-one copy and even artists whose careers are built on making replicas never quite get it just right.
