D) structure a deal with the grape grower where you pay him in BTC up front. Then pay him fiat in payments (this can be any agreeable term but shorter the better)
When you have paid the full amount, he returns your BTC. You could juice [pun completely intended] the deal a bit with 5%-10% premium if he needs additional incentive
You get your grapes, you keep your Bitcoin, He gets his money!

Your experience literally describes what I'm going through right now. Corrupt landlords trying to for me out of my lease after 18 years in business! Long story and I've been representing myself in court for over a year now - that's an eye opener in itself🤣
But the huge positive that comes from these trying times, is that the people who remain standing alongside you are the truest of friends... the rest were just holding you back.
