This document I got my hands on has a curious tag at the top. How Interesting!
Will I publish it? Unsure yet. Remember that my threat model for lain.la is NOT Five-Eyes resistant, that was by design, I do actually follow the law and try not to burn bridges when possible. However, considering the nature of this bill, there may be a public good aspect. I'm already planning on posting my conversations with them as per my usual transparency logs when they conclude.
I am currently trying to find evidence that this particular document has been published before as precedent/evidence of declassification. I have already found quite a few Official-Sensitive documents just freely posted on Gov.uk sites so maybe that's enough. They don't seem to care about these that much, unlike the US where they strike out the little TS//SCI//NOFORN at the top and change it to UNCLASSIFIED when something is approved for publishing. Or maybe they're just leaky.

for now it's easy to just cheat at the web server level with
