The picture of the pope shaking hands with anyone is meaningless to me also, so it's hard for me to get a grasp of the strength of reliance that has been put on one photo to make such a claim.

I've seen many popes shaking endless hands of endless peoples of dubious nature, doesn't mean they're in bed with them, as this pic seems to want to assert.
I mean, it's literally what the pope does right?
As for all the 'millions' of 'neo-nazi's' in the Ukranian army...in what way do these soldiers publicise themselves as nazi's?

We are so complex 'down there' that it could be anything! Cysts may press on related nerves, ligaments stretch, can get referred pain, sensory triggers, but like you say, you don't have to live with pain, so worth getting it checked out. As you already had a defo no for endo, it could be a thing that will be recognised by a GP, your sleep is precious and it doesn't take much to start it being disrupted, which can trigger a whole other cycle of stuff.

Anything that keeps you awake is problematic, especially for half an hour at a time. Be worth scheduling in an appt for, now that you say you are experiencing it more also.
Random thought, for no known particular reason, did you ever have endo, whether there could be scar tissue between bladder/vaginal walls/nerves, or something. Whatever it is, it started pretty long ago.

is this different to when you orgasm? I mean, seems it would obvviously be, but is your orgasm experience changing also? What about if you orgasm in the night, now that you don't have a sexual partner to regularly release with? or does this feel completely different to you, I mean, can you feel the contractions and pleasure, or just pain? Seems like the full bladder may trigger sensations of pleasure for you, but then it shouldn't be hurting, maybe this is normal for you as you've had it so long. I've not heard you mention children so assuming no pregnancies have brought this on.
Maybe a trip to the gp, to check on things in case something has changed, but odd that you've been having this since your twenties.

It was also disgusting what the police did here on the coronation of charlie. They arrested and forced anti-monarchy demonstrators out of the path of the procession and any media. Nice start charlie.
