From what I'm seeing, not really. It isn't about removing anonymous chat apps in a vacuum. It is specifically about apps that set up people randomly to anonymously communicate that don't know who each other are at all. Things like signal, oxchat, nostr apps, wouldn't fall into this as it is currently said.

Even though the fundamentals are great, I'd be real cautious with Cameco here. That's almost a 100% move in 2 months and a worrisome macro pattern. Sold it all and ported it into some beaten down uranium plays like uroy.
