Yeah you were. No reasonable person would say that face to face with someone. "Do I have that right?" Is so dismissive and rude.

Who would? I'm not blaming kids for being kids. If I had access to an Ebike when I was kid, I'd take one in two seconds.

Also, why is everyone so flippant on this platform whenever you try to have a serious conversation?
Do I have that right?

I agree with most of what you've said, however Ebikes are simply not the solution to this. Taking responsibility and making our infrastructure better is what we should do. I understand the barriers to that, but giving a motorcycle to your young child is probably not the answer.

Watched a report on CBC the other day about a kid who was going too fast, hit a speed bump, crashed and almost died. He had to relearn to walk and talk at 14. Apparently these incidents are through the roof recently.

"Carney's failure to embrace Carneyism while insisting that he is delivering efficiency and growth is as clear an example of the risks of letting your enemies set the terms of the debate as you could ask for."
I love that Cory is Canadian, a fantastic and timely example.

We're giving bluesky credit now? Haven't heard it mentioned once this whole election.

The government has the power to own and control all of their data. Even if some instance you're on censors a government account, you can always still go directly to an instance to read a press release or statement. When Twitter was the de facto platform, I couldn't find important public releases because I didn't have an account.

Where it's unlike Mastodon is ownership of data. Everyone on one instance is the same thing as Twitter. They will use and sell their data as they please, and when the other shoe drops, everyone will be back to square one.

I wish the government adopted something like Mastodon that allowed them to run their own official server rather than rely on another private entity to release all their public statements. I never used Twitter, and I won't use Blue Sky.
It is what it is. I'm just disappointed.

No problem. Considering the musical angle, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the NES. I love it, but it is not super approachable 😅 Regardless, the music is absolutely killer. Especially that intro theme. But seriously, the whole soundtrack to that one.
Also, if you know how to use Donatello you can cheese a bunch lol

M.U.L.E. for the Atari 400/800 (There was also a C64 port). Easily one of the most underappreciated yet influential games ever. It takes me a bit to convince people it's good, but when I do they LOVE it. Goddamn it's such an interesting game. And the intro theme slaps.

I honestly feel like you could complete an entire constitutional. As long as you follow the golden rule: Only break one law at a time.
