So my day so far…tooth hurts and I’m pissed that I have to wait so long for the root canal, the realization at how much it’s gonna cost when I get the crown put on, stupid sinus infection I had no idea I had until the dental x ray, the smell of penicillin for said sinus infection, and having to deal with AT&T morons that are so stupid you wonder how that company survives. So yeah. That’s my day so far and it’s only 10:30 in the morning.

It’s a lot harder I’m finding at this age. Younger me would be doing half marathons by now and be like 150 pounds. I’m making progress but not quite as fast as when I was younger. As long as I’m making progress and my health is good that’s all that matters. 👍🏻

Cholesterol is the biggest change. It was well over 200 when I started trying get my health back in order at the beginning of the year.

Just got back from monthly checkup. Down another seven pounds, total cholesterol was 112, blood pressure normal. Needless to say my doctor is pleased with how far I’ve come since last year.
