Well, today was fucked up.
We were formally notified that the ownership of the business park we're in has changed hands. The new owner? Well, the group literally has a 'baum and a 'stein in the name of the partnership.
Don't worry...it gets worse.
We also learned that public notices dropped seeking public feedback towards rezoning of the area as residential.
The other kicker? The company who now owns the park is the same group that bought up the park across from ours a year ago (the State took it by way of eminent domain) & was conveniently rezoned immediately afterwards and is now a public housing project. We expect the same fate for this place.
Section 8 niggers started filling the development two months ago and naturally, thugs casing the park, the stench of nigger salad, crime & insurance rates have started rising accordingly in what was otherwise a great town to live in. For context, because we've had break-ins and dead niggers found in the dumpster on the property, our policy premiums covering our physical business assets have effectively doubled over the last year, despite having hired security for the park.
I wouldn't be surprised one bit if the former owner was strong-armed into selling by either the County, State, these kikes...or all three.
We've had it with this state. We can't leave Texas fast enough.

Earlier today, I watched a webinar on engineering ethics in the tech sector.
During this presentation, an attorney from a very powerful law firm gave a presentation about & took questions on a class action case they are doing that should be front page news.
Essentially, a number of engineers & scientists are going after "a group of tech companies and its leadership" for an obscene amount in damages, the amount not disclosed.
So, what happened?
Essentially, these folks were all prospective employees of said unnamed companies. As part of their interview selection process, these people, all of whom were post-graduate level or higher, were asked to provide 'fully functional' code, solving 'sample problems' provided to them, under the agreement that the code fully belonged to the applicant only and used solely for interview purposes.
They were interviewed, but never hired. (You see where this is going)
However, it was discovered over time that, for these former applicants, their code ended up being used by these companies, ranging from advanced data analysis scripts all the way to highly specialized software embedded within cars, AI LLM's and flight hardware, all actively being used. And, according to this attorney, indesputable evidence verifying these shameful deeds has been brought forth.
Despite the overall 'shock' of many joined to the webinar, significantly more participants expressed the total lack of surprise, citing widespread accounts of such tactics being actively & shamelessly employed at numerous techbro companies like X, Tesla, SpaceX, Meta, Amazon & Google, even (((startups))) like Palantir, OpenAI, Joby, Archer & Anduril among several others. It was widely speculated in the concurrent group chat that Elon Musk and his cult of companies are the subject of the lawsuit that was presented.
Using massive pools of applicants to solve current, critical scientific & engineering problems. All, without the added hassle of paying them for it.
It's literally reverse industrial espionage, but the victim isn't the company. It's you. They're stealing from you. And, it's probably how Musk and others compensate for intellectual gaps in their workforces, given their rabid devotion to the use of subhuman jeet slavery. And they're laughing all the way to the bank.
Dirty. Disgusting. Jewish. Rotten to the core. And it's precisely where we are at.
The fucked up part is if I (or anyone else here on the fedi) did something like this and got called out for it, we'd get sued into oblivion and lose everything.

To be fair, the waitress, apologizing for the trouble, said she would have the kitchen make new meals, which is supposed to happen in cases like this, but the kitchen very obviously refused to do. What came back was literally the same plate, so we refused the meal. We weren't touching that crap.
The fat sheboon 'manager' on duty tried to make us pay, saying that she 'cannot cancel an order that's already made'. Our client directed some choice words to her, dropped a $10 on the table and we left.

Earlier today, a client treated us to lunch. We weren't picky...so we ended up at a nearby Red Robin. It had been a while since I've been to a 'big box' chain restaurant.
A once-colorful but fading exterior of a building that was beginning to fall into disrepair, we entered the restaurant; it was effectively empty, despite it being lunch...and surrounded by businesses employing lots of people. Anyways, after getting seated, the waitress quickly took our orders. However, despite the low patronage, we realized that over 30 minutes had passed since we ordered our meals when they came out. The waitress who helped us was the only one helping the few customers who were there. What food came out looked like shit and was cold. We let her know, but all the kitchen did was to try warming our food up in the microwave. Wrong answer, but not necessarily her fault. We ended up having our meals struck from the order (the manager tried pushing back hard), just paying for our drinks. To add further insult to injury, on our way out, we saw five obese employees (sheboons) sitting at random tables engulfed in their phones who could not have cared less. In any case, we didn't have time to go somewhere else for food, so we headed back to the shop. The Mrs brought some food she whipped up shortly after. That'll go down as my final visit to a Red Robin. I actually felt bad for the employee who tried helping us today- she was the only one in there trying to do her job and get shit done. She was White...she knew no better.
Today's experience was honestly just a simple microcosm of this nation- a once-prosperous & vibrant place that's now a hollowed-out shell of itself that's fading into irrelevancy, because it elected to rest on its own laurels, lowering standards thinking nobody will care to notice, losing sight of the thing that made it successful so many years ago. All that remains now is a dying franchise; an 'independently owned & operated business' that serves overpriced goyslop that has maybe six months of life left in it.
What a perfect depiction of "Murica"..
But, today's experience, ironically, gave me some hope- that maybe the disease in this nation that is obnoxious big box franchise consumerism is beginning to self-eradicate. Nobody is going out to these places anymore except boomers seeking a temporary respite from all the diversity they enthusiastically voted for. Why would you want to go out of your way for bad, overpriced food that's brought out to you by some negress who probably spit on the meal just to spite you, because she knows she'll get away with it? Nobody wants to go to department stores either. Why go to a place that's in complete disarray, and likely won't have what you're looking for? I am, however, starting to see hints of a return to local specialty stores. The unfair oligarchy that's Amazon may be legitimately challenged in due course. Vendors are slowly discovering that if they're popular, that Amazon will gladly copy the products they busted their asses to make, and sell them at a third of the price, leaving the vendor proper fucked. In response, they're turning back to the local economy that gave them success in the first place.
There's hope, fam. Some hard days lay ahead, but I think we'll prevail. We must prevail. We can win this.

So, back on Monday, we had a telecon with the Iowa Economic Development & Finance Authority, discussing the possibilities of a growing aerospace business relocating there.
It went really well. Numerous incentives to do so, including heavily discounted land at the airport of our choosing, major tax breaks and so on. We have already been contacted by four airport managers and more than ten civic leaders.
We see a lot of heavily White areas; Knoxville for example is nearly 95% White. A good thing.
While the business cost numbers, cost of living and racial stats looking to heavily favor this, there seems to be a decent amount of recreational activities to be had.
I've never been to Iowa sans for overnighting in Des Moines some years ago. I saw lots of niggers there, so Des Moines is likely out.
We haven't pulled the trigger on any of it, obviously, but I am curious if any of you all call the state home. I'd like to learn more.

A lot of that was not too terribly far from Osaka. My client's business is near city proper, but lived a 25 minute train ride away. I was humbled by my client's hospitality. I got to know his entire family, including his daughter who works for him doing material fatigue & failure analysis.
I was still single at the time, so at his insistence, his daughter and I ended up spending a three-day weekend together in Shirahama. It was a very fun way to learn about their culture. She got me hooked on okonomiyaki and some other local foods. I won't lie when I say she was incredibly smart, gorgeous and not overly shy; we clicked, and the temptation on both of our parts to show more interest in each other was there, but we both knew it would not have been right, given the business relationship among other racial instinct concerns. Besides, if it did and we went all the way, the hybrid children that would have come from us would not exactly have been fully welcomed in broader Japanese society, to say nothing of hafu-specific health problems and such.
I feel bad for locals who are stuck living in proximity to the US bases there in places like Sasebo & Okinawa due to negroid sexual predators running around. The Japanese hate niggers.

So a while ago, I told of a difficult client who wanted us to do some engineering work for a kitplane he wanted to manufacture & sell.
He asked us to investigate an airfoil geometry that he got "from an awesome aero guy who is the master at this stuff".
Oh we investigated it. It was pure shit; I've seen better geometries from skilled homebuilders who aren't even engineers. I've seen better curves at a Golden Corral. We even ran a CFD simulation of the foil on the wing planform of his aircraft to prove a point. The numbers and the flows indicated a full stall at an angle of attack well below predicted stall. We showed it to the client, and, despite the data showing that this was clearly a dangerous & unsuitable geometry, told us we were wrong, and demanded we use it on his aircraft. He gave every excuse for this geometry, including the retarded take of 'it's supposed to have reverse flow; that's the secret of this airfoil's genius!'.
What you see below are flow visualizations of a full stall of his 'aero god' buddy's 'brilliant' airfoil...what he insisted was 'confirmation bias & jealousy' on our part.
So, we loaded everything we did for him onto an external hard drive, boxed it up with a printed letter of severance, and FedEx'd it to him.
If he wants to pump 'a million dollars' (his words) into making this thing, it will kill somebody.
We're out.

Currently out of town assisting the FAA and aircraft owner-operator in the investigation of a homebuilt aircraft incident.
Basically, what happened was that the subject aircraft, designed & built by undergraduates at a university, experienced a structural failure of the wing spar on its first attempted flight, namely during the takeoff run. Nobody was hurt, but we figured out that the spar, which we were initially told was a carbon fiber / balsa / epoxy sandwich, which under most circumstances makes for a great matrix, was missing the balsa core material. This meant that the wing's strength wasn't even a 40th of what was expected, hence the failure.
The crazy & scary part? I learned that the undergraduate students who designed & built this thing already have engineering jobs waiting for them at Boeing & Lockheed Martin....the same entities that funded this project to the tune of $750,000.
The esteemed institution behind this failed project that had to hire Whitey to figure out what went wrong?
