Ariel's onto something here, but I think base/default profile records create more UX problems than they solve. Here's my take as I'm actively dealing with this. 🧵

Just a couple more kinks in the deployment, then I'll have a fully functional Railway template for HappyView. The only thing you'll need to do is put in your DID and setup public URLs on the HappyView and AIP services. 😎

I've got a full suite running on Railway.
- HappyView for the AppView
- AIP for OAuth (proxied from HappyView)
- Tap for backfill and data from the Jetstream
Still trying to work out some kinks in the dashboard, but I'll have a big HappyView release pretty soon. 😀

NPC behaviours are working! My little merchant character is using a behaviour tree to choose random spots (within an area) and move to them, then chill for a random number of seconds before repeating. 🤩

Basic Z sorting is done! 🥳
I'm gonna have to do some fuckery to get full z sorting working down the road, but this first pass is like 80% of the way there so I'm gonna stick with it for a while. 😁

Finally got all of my collision physics working! 🥳
I spent the weekend trying to write my own collision system, but it sucked. I ended up just using Matter.js. It was a much better decision. 🤣
Next step: fixing the z sorting. 😝
