To most players, its evaluations and recommended moves can seem nonsensical, even irrational.

But there is still immense value in trying to understand the engine’s why.

I was physically and psychologically bullied during my formative years. I was never an avid churchgoer, and even when I did attend church, the sermons were in a language I did not understand. However, unknowingly, practicing the wisdom of Jesus Christ came naturally to me. It was painful, and it stifled my growth.
